Manchester United face stiff competition to sign Lammens after it was revealed Galatasaray are also keen on signing the Belgium international. The highly-rated Royal Antwerp keeper's representatives have met with the Turkish side in Monaco to discuss a potential deal, according to a report in the Telegraph.

Man Utd's desire to sign a new goalkeeper has reached a critical point in recent weeks following high-profile errors from Andre Onana and Altay Bayindir. Lammens is one of the most highly-rated stoppers in Europe and the 23-year-old would be available at a reasonable price. But United have delayed tabling a concrete offer, allowing Galatasaray to join the chase.
